🚫 No Returns or Refunds Without an Unboxing Video
To keep things fair and ensure quality checks, an unboxing video is mandatory if there is any issue with your order. The video must be:
- Recorded while opening the sealed package
Clearly showing the product’s condition when received
Taken in good lighting with no cuts or edits. - Without a clear, continuous unboxing video, we will not be able to approve a return or refund under any circumstances.
📹 Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the problem

Share your order ID along with the unboxing video. - Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund as applicable.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
If your return is approved after checking the unboxing video:
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days
Bank processing time may vary.
⚠️ Important Notes
Returns or refunds are not available for:
1. Products with no damage or defects.
2. Orders without an unboxing video.
3. Minor color differences due to screen or lighting.
4. Custom or personalised / Customized backdrops.
